May 5-6 marks the 138th Annual Kentucky Derby and while the day is supposed to be about the horses, for fashionistas it’s all about the hat! Ladies dress up in their frilly dresses and separates in pastels, whites and florals and the men follow suit in warm-weather friendly seersucker and other preppy styles.
